- a consistent output of products according to the parameters specified in our technology guide;
- a customer-oriented service answering the regulations of our company and adapting to the possibilities of the given technology to the utmost.

T-SOFT ENGINEERING OFFICE LTD. expects quality work, as well as the observance and continuous upgrading of the regulations of the Quality Control System from all employees.
In order to achieve that we provide professional training and courses and good conditions for a constructive and quality-oriented work.

We also exact a devotion to the guidelines of our quality policy from our suppliers and subcontractors.

The most important indicator of the quality of our activity, furthermore, the main source of our income is the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, our regulations are formulated according to the requirements of our clients. Accordingly:

- We try to assess the demands of our present (and prospective) clients for our products.
- We are seeking after expedient and economic means for satisfying the needs of our customers.
- We are monitoring how customer requirements are answered, and improve our services on the basis of the survey results.
